Hello, I'm Mara! I'm a Senior Instructional Designer, E-Learning Consultant and Developer of all things online education.

I am passionate about how we learn, what motivates us to learn and how to create e-learning solutions that make the things we learn stick.

My studies in Psychology (BSc.), Psychology of Education (MSc.) and Instructional Design and Technology (Micro Masters) have given me a strong foundation to create exceptional storyboards and e-learning platforms.
I GET THE JOB DONE
From learning needs analysis, storyboarding, developing learning materials, managing users in the learning management system (LMS) to evaluating efficacy, I've been there and happy to share my expertise.
I LOVE A CHALLENGE
Having worked in online education across different industries in both the private sector, the UN and for NGOs, I have had to adapt e-learning courses for multicultural instruction based on various topics, audiences, budgets, timelines and languages.
